The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen, decorated in a minimalist, but cozy decor lends itself perfectly for a variety of occasions (see photos). Tall ceilings, white walls, whitewashed brick, large windows and wood floors throughout. Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Carroll Garden, close to transportation, in a clean and quiet building.
There is a projector available for presentations, videos & home movies, background ambiance, and more for an extra fee. This can really add that extra punch to whatever you may be hosting!
Two good sized bedrooms can also be used for different purposes if interested. Furnishings can be stored if you have specific items you'd like to bring. However, for the most part, the apartment comes as-is.
When inquiring, please state what it is you will be hosting and what would best serve your needs, an estimate of number of attendees, dates, times and so forth. We can work together to figure out a pricing structure that suits us both; however, I typically charge either by the hour or day depending on the event and amount of people.
