Owner Henry Callie has enjoyed a storied career in the broadcasting and entertainment world while raising a family in Nazareth. As a guitarist and vocalist for the popular local band "The joEs", Henry is looking forward to hosting this and many other talented acts from the Tri-State area. Concerts will be performed both on the main stage inside and outside on The Lakeside’s awesome deck. Musical acts will be featured on Friday and Saturday nights. With the success of the joEs in the Lehigh Valley, there is no better development than to have their own venue!
Chef Anthony Torcivia has returned to the area from Philadelphia to help make The Lakeside a thriving and successful family business. After 30 years in the industry as a trained chef and hospitality manager, Anthony has the chops to make anyone's heart and tummy happy. Since his graduation from Johnson & Wales University, he has had the opportunity to work with several restaurant industry giants across the country. His knack for turning out consistently amazing gastronomic delights has earned him high marks from customers and critics alike, and his front of the house dedication to service is second to none.
