The atmosphere of this party hall will spark your creativity to make sure your occasion is an absolute success and leaves you feeling impressed. We can comfortably sit up to 100 guests. Our bar is fully equipped and conveniently located between the dance floor and food area. Our restrooms are easy accessible. You provide your own food, refreshments and music. We provide all serving trays. For a low additional cost we offer table and chair covers. Our ventilation system is central air it will leave your guest feeling comfortable to enjoy your event. The location of our party hall is very convenient and allows a lot of street level parking. All events that are booked are provided with a security guard. He will be on staff from beginning to the end of the event to insure a safe and happy time. Our policy is first come first serve and dates can be held with a deposit. As soon as the elevator doors open up into the space, jaws are sure to drop. This venue is absolutely breathtaking, and is a perfect space to host an event in. We've had everything from trunk shows and video shoots, to seminars, photo workshops, fashion shows, dance classes, jewelry sales, office events, meet & greets take place here.
We have fast wifi, a world class sound system, a projector, two bathrooms and a half kitchen, as well as several leather couches, 4 beautiful seven-foot all wood tables along with several wood and cloth chairs - all easily arranged to suit your needs.
We have hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates available. Feel free to submit an inquiry to discuss your needs, and how we can best address them. $700 per day is just an estimate and would be for something between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. Anything during the evening or weekend hours, and an event rather than pop up would be a different pricing model. Please get in touch for details.
