Our birthday parties outshine our competition. They may have done it first, but we do it better. All Gurlie Locks birthday parties include a full hair do, light make up and nail polish. Each party guest receives a Gurlie Locks goody bag. The birthday girl will take a group photo of her with her besties and we present her with an official Gurlie Locks Birthday Medallion.
