The space features high ceilings, clean white walls and hardwood floors. The layout, a large main room, two smaller rooms and a garage allows for flexibility of use. Rental rates are as follows: Friday-Sunday base rate is $600, that includes the first three hours as well as one hour for set up/clean up bringing it to 4 hours. Each additional hour is $200.
