Rental customers have a choice of settings to match their type of event. Our flexible-use Auditorium can accommodate business meetings, formal dinners, lectures, seminars, and parties. The Auditorium has excellent musical acoustics and a resident Steinway baby grand piano, providing a marvelous arena for recitals and small audience performances. It’s also a perfect venue for yoga classes, meditation retreats, and other events requiring a quiet, enclosed space.
Our Russian Tea Room offers a charming setting for receptions or intimate dining set amid antique samovars, 19th century jail cells, and changeable colored ceiling lights. Smaller gatherings can be hosted in the Library, or on our elegant Roof Terrace. Both the Library and the Auditorium offer a full spectrum of audio-visual amenities, and caterers love our large prep kitchen adjacent to the Auditorium and Tea Room.
Weddings are especially unique at the Museum of Russian Icons! An aura of hushed contemplation perfectly complements a sacred ceremony, while the vibrant colors highlight the joy of the occasion. Guest may dine in our spacious Galleries, surrounded by centuries-old art, then dance in the sleekly modern Auditorium and Tea Room. Auditorium and Library rentals can be scheduled when the Museum is open to the public, or after-hours, when guests can also enjoy private access to the Galleries, Roof Terrace, and Russian Tea Room.

In this step-by-step, starting with a story of an idea -brushstroke-by-brushstroke painting experience, learn a variety of painting techniques and joyfully express yourself through art.
$60 per person for two and a half hours long workshop, cup of coffee or tea, sweets, art materials and a finished masterpiece with your signature on it!
Minimum 3 people. P.S. Because of time limitations all paintings have to be done in acrylic.
Each workshop is based on a particular art movement and can include food, drink and music in accordance. F.e.: French Impressionism, French wine, pastries and accordion music.
