Clubhouse is checked before and after each rental. Please leave building clean and neat.
A garbage can is provided with plastic liners. Please put all trash in the outside container. Be sure the kitchen is cleaned.
Please turn off all lights, close the blinds, turn thermostat to off, and make sure water is not running in bathroom or kitchen.
DAMAGE: The renter assumes full responsibility for all damage done to the facility, equipment and property. Renter agrees to pay for the repair or replacement cost of any damage as determined by the Rental Committee.
Renter agrees that he/she will give a notice of two weeks prior to rental date in order to receive a refund or forfeit the monies involved.
