His dishes incorporate food from all regional cuisines, always complemented by his ability to fuse flavors in a unique way.

Catering is available in both on-site and off-site venues. Let our creative director, Meg Kolb, assist you in planning the perfect event. If you prefer, Chef Mark will prepare a meal for you to pick up and serve at your leisure.
