Katherine Aguas-Aclan, the creator of Kathyâ€™s Kakes, is a self-taught baker who has decided to make her dream of having a food business a reality. Kathy has been baking since she was in high school, and has always had a sweet tooth. Her love for creating delicious, homemade desserts inspired Kathy to experiment with baking. Fascinated with new ways of producing and presenting desserts led Kathy to creative ideas such as the cake lollipop. Eventually, Kathyâ€™s developed her version of the cake pop. Thus, Kathyâ€™s Kakes was born in the summer of 2010.
Kathyâ€™s Kakes are baked to order; made from scratch; and contain organic ingredients whenever possible. All pops are hand-dipped in either white or milk chocolate (also available in various colors) with your choice of one topping. Kathy's Kakes uses chocolate and chocolate coloring oils that are free of peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, and eggs. Our chocolate is Kosher Dairy certified.
