We work with Ganache frosting and icings, buttercreams, rolled fondant, gum paste, royal icing, isomalt and make edible lace of any design or color. Our cake flavors and textures are simply divine!

East Bay Cakes also makes Mini Cakes for all occasions. It's just so fun to have a multi tiered cake but theres just too much of a good thing. It is after all...in the presentation. We simply bake and decorate your Custom Mini Cake for 20 just like a custom cake for 250 people!
