Wheat and Fire Pizza Catering added a new food catering location to the Coachella Valley in 2016. We are currently a food caterer in Palm Springs, Coachella, Palm Desert, Indio, Indian Wells, Cathedral City, Thousand Palms, and Thermal. Chef Tony was raised on a ranch and then farm where his family grew and created all of their food. At a young age he was able to cook with James Beard and his love of fresh made gourmet locally sourced food was taken to another level and he never looked back.
