SPONSOR: This promotion (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Punchbowl, Inc., 50 Speen Street, Suite 202, Framingham, MA, 01701 (“Punchbowl”), subject to the following terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way administered by Little Tikes.
ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to persons 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States and have a valid email address. Limit one entry per person. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW; certain states may impose additional eligibility restrictions. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway or win any prize.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must send an online invitation from https://www.punchbowl.com/invitations/category/birthday-first, https://www.punchbowl.com/invitations/category/birthday-toddler, or https://www.punchbowl.com/invitations/category/playdate to 4 or more guests with valid, unique email addresses or phone numbers. Invitations must be sent no later than Friday, May 31st, 2019, 11:59PM Pacific Time to be eligible. Only online entries will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
TIMING: The Giveaway begins at 10:01 a.m. PT on April 1st, 2019 and continues until 11:59 p.m. PT on May 31st, 2019.
PRIZES AND ODDS: Nine (9) weekly winners, one (1) each week over nine weeks will receive a selection of Little Tikes toys with $500 in total retail value. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be chosen randomly. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Selection of toys will be determined by the Sponsor. Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed to arrive by any specific date. Winner must have a valid email address and mailing address in order to receive the prize. Limit one entry per household. Limit one prize per household.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The drawings for the weekly prizes will be held on or about April 8th, April 15th, April 22nd, April 29th, May 6th, May 13th, May 20th, May 27th, and June 3rd, 2019. Winner(s) will be notified by email. Within 36 hours of notification, winners must respond to Sponsor and provide a valid mailing address to claim their prize. Failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph (or the return of any prize as non-deliverable) may result in disqualification and in the forfeiture of any right to a prize. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
RELEASE: By participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner consents to and gives the Sponsor the right to use, publish, and display a winner’s first name and city for promotional purposes without review, notification or approval.
CONDITIONS: Punchbowl, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if it cannot be operated, conducted, or completed as planned, for any reason.
