Tasty Holiday Party Appetizer: Crab Rangoon

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. crab meat
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- dash tabasco
- dash paprika
- 1/2 tsp. steak sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 package wonton wrappers (approximately 2 1/2 dozen)
- oil for frying
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients for the recipe for crab rangoon except for the wonton wrappers and oil. Lay each wonton on a piece of wax paper and place a heaping teaspoon of the crab mixture on each wonton. Gather the edges and seal them with water (or an egg yolk with water added and beaten). Deep fry the wontons at 375 degrees for three minutes or until brown. Drain the excess oil from the wontons on paper towels.
Make the baked crab rangoon in advance ahead of time and freeze them until the party. Shortly before the party reheat them on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes.
