Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Harp
- 1 can of Guinness Stout
Directions: Fill a Pint glass 1/2 with Harp. Place a teaspoon on the back of the pint glass and fill the remainder of the glass with Guinness by pouring it slowly over the back of the spoon.

Irish Flag
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Brandy
- 1 oz. Green Crème de Menthe
- 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Crème
Directions: Pour the crème de menthe into a cafe glass or a cordial glass. Place a teaspoon on the back of the glass and pour the Irish crème slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top of the crème de menthe. Then pour the brandy slowly over the back of the spoon so that it floats on top of the Irish crème.

Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 (1.5 oz.) jigger Irish cream liqueur
- 1 (1.5 oz.) jigger Irish whiskey
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon whipped cream
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
Directions: In a coffee mug, combine Irish cream and Irish whiskey. Fill mug with coffee. Top with a dab of whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.

Ingredients:
- 2oz. Green Creme de Menthe
- 2 oz. Heavy Cream
- 1oz. Irish Whiskey
Directions: Shake with ice and serve in a shot glass.

Vodka Gimlet
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Directions: Combine in a shaker with ice. ?Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve with lime.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 part(s) Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 1 squirt(s) Lime Juice
- Ginger Ale
Directions: Pour Jameson into an ice filled highball glass. Fill with ginger ale and garnish with a squeeze of lime.
